It’s easy! Simply get in touch with us to arrange a viewing. If you can’t make it in person, we also offer virtual viewings so you can explore our properties from wherever you are.

Once you’ve found your perfect room or studio, our friendly team will send you all the information you need to reserve your accommodation.

No, you don’t need a deposit to book a room or studio in any of our own Bloom Properties.

However, properties that we manage on behalf of local landlords may sometimes require a small deposit. Our team will let you know if this applies when you book.

Our standard tenancy length is 48 weeks, starting on 1st September.

We can sometimes be flexible, so if you require a shorter or longer tenancy, just let us know — we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

Yes!
We can always accommodate summer stays. Whether you want to stay in Ormskirk for work, study, or just to enjoy a longer summer, we’ll help arrange it for you.

Absolutely. If you’re heading home for summer and don’t want to take all your belongings with you, we’re happy for you to move your items in early — free of charge. Just let our team know in advance so we can make arrangements.

Yes, all of our properties allow visitors.
We just ask that guests don’t stay overnight for more than two nights per calendar month to ensure fairness and comfort for everyone living in the building.
